1. What the service provides
WinningAura provides AI-assisted name suggestions, preliminary name assessments, public-source domain checks, shortlisted favourites and brand identity concepts. Outputs are decision support, not professional advice, a domain registration service or a guarantee of business success.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Use the service only where lawful and where you can enter a binding agreement under your local law. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Keep account details accurate, protect your credentials and do not allow unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass people, attempt to compromise security, bypass service limits or overload public sources. Use images and other material only with the necessary permissions. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential trade secrets.
4. Your material
You retain rights you already hold in the material you submit. You authorise the processing needed to deliver the requested service, including processing by hosting, AI and domain-query providers. This permission does not promise confidentiality or exclusivity. The Privacy notice describes the current data flows.
5. AI outputs and intellectual property
AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique or similar to existing names and designs. WinningAura does not guarantee that an output can be protected by copyright or trademark, or that it is free of third-party rights. Use is subject to applicable law and relevant provider terms. Review logos, font licences and other third-party material before commercial use.
6. Domain results and registration
Domain results reflect public-source responses at the time of checking and can change. DNS-only absence is not proof of availability. No check, saved favourite or generated kit reserves a domain. Confirm availability, registration price and renewal terms with your chosen registrar before purchase.
7. Name, cultural and trademark screening
Scores, pronunciation guidance, number associations and language screens are indicative AI assessments. They are not official trademark searches or legal opinions. Review with native speakers in target markets and consult a qualified trademark professional before relying on a name.
8. Third-party services
Hosting, sign-in, AI processing, fonts, registry data and DNS resolution depend on external services. Their availability and applicable terms may change. The operator cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party data or services.
9. Purchases and charges
The current domain checks do not require you to buy a third-party checking account. Domain registration, renewals and other third-party purchases are separate. Any future paid WinningAura offer must disclose its price, billing terms and applicable cancellation rights before you purchase; these terms do not authorise undisclosed charges.
10. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without promises of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or clearance of intellectual property rights. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and final business decisions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, or removes mandatory consumer rights.
11. Suspension and ending use
Access may be restricted for misuse, security concerns or legal obligations. You may stop using the service at any time. Removing favourites or signing out does not delete the account. Account-level deletion requires an operator request channel, which must be provided before these terms are finalised.
12. Changes, disputes and operator details
Material changes should be published with a revised date and communicated when legally required. Mandatory rights and protections in your place of residence remain applicable. The legal operator name, address, contact channel and applicable jurisdiction have not yet been supplied; these details and any dispute provisions require legal review before this draft can become final terms.
